It was created to be an upbeat, fun educational short film to initiate and draw interest to this sometimes daunting and seemingly complex subject matter.

You are not You because of your genes. You are of the human species because of your genes. Your physical (eg living conditions) , biological (eg diet) and emotional (eg stress/trauma) environment and your subjective interpretation of it actually tells when genes are turned on or off, which actually makes you unique. That video is quite misleading… Have you heard of epigenetics?
