    I don’t understand how the votes are transferred to the alternate candidate. You said “because all Tiger voters put Leopard as a second choice…”

    So it’s a collective thing? I really didn’t understand that and have watched it a few times.

    @DragonMatt87 It’s not a matter as if it’s legal or not it’s just that AV is not our voting system. But I guess to answer your question it basically isn’t.

    Problem with this is that a candidate that had a relatively low number of “1″ votes can win. Both systems are unfair.
